Ideally, this property should be located in a strategic area with good transport links to facilitate our logistics operations. It's important that the warehouse has sufficient headroom to allow optimum use of the space. We also prefer a building with easy truck access and a large loading/unloading door. The warehouse must also be equipped with a reliable security system, including alarms and surveillance cameras. We're looking for a well-maintained property that complies with current standards, particularly in terms of fire safety. Finally, flexibility in rental terms, depending on the duration of our requirement, would be a considerable asset.
